All our work and major client group's are based in Sydney with the CBD being our main area. Here is a detailed listing of a few various project we have undertook in the last few years to provide you with an idea of type of works we take on.

2000 - Homebush Olympic Village - Nike Factory
In this project we designed a custom Steel Platform for the roof of this building specifically for the viewing of the opening ceremony for Sydney Olympic Games and fire works. The platform was 15m X 9 Meters consisting of channels and universal beams. The main feature in this works was that we designed every part to be fixed together with bolts so it could be removed easily once the event was over. The architectural design was definitely one of its kind. Cost $ 80,000.00 which covered the entire project including frana’s and Fabrication Drawings etc.

2001- St Leonards Station - The Forum Apartments
When this state of the art train station was design so had to be the quality of the steel work in the 40 storey apartment on top. In this project we completed several works from Bridging Platform to Structural roofs and Handrails. But the highlight had to be the work in the 2 Million Dollar Penthouse Suite on levels 38 to 45. All the balustrade handrails and wall rails leading from one floor to another consisted of a 50mm 316 SS Top Rail with 25mm Verticals SS Stanchions All completed with a high polish finish providing that million dollar look. Simply walking in these apartments was breathtaking. The cost involved in this project was over $200,000.00 keeping in mind they would settle for nothing but the best when it came to quality and presentation.

2002- ECO 1 & 2 – Victoria Park Zetland
Custom Sunhoods made out of Angle and Compressed Fibro design in accordance with the unique look of these apartments was a must. Bollards and Angle Guards for protection where situated in the car park along with Crash Rail for vehicle safety. Cost $40.000.00

2003 – Insearch – Haymarket
For this project we supplied and installed a Steel Stairs going from one level to the one above. The stairs was 12meters in length and was designed with stringers and treads all to be bolted together because of its size and weight.
Finished with an industrial look Hot Dip Galvanise with Stainless Steel Handrails and Glass in fills it was the first thing your eye caught as soon as you’d enter the room. Cost $30,00.00

2004 – Pacific Square Shopping Centre – Maroubra
Again various works were involved in this project including Bike Racks, Trolley Racks, Balustrade Handrails in Fire Stairs, Bollards, Chain wire enclosures, The main attraction in this one had to be the custom height bars made from RHS custom paint and stickers mounted on the roof on entry and other required areas.
Cost $200,000.00

2005 –  Artise – Roseberry (This is a current Job)
Artise is infact the latest designed in 2 level Studio type apartments based in Roseberry. Misc Metalworks were completed from Bollards to wall rails in the carpark.
But the main requirements of this project where 14 Steel Stairs at 7 meters each in all level 3 apartment for access to level 4. All stairs Pre fabricated and delivered to site positioned and fastened. The Stair Handrails are made out of 50 X 20 RHS with 7 Rows and Stainless Steel 3.2mm Wire and fixings providing a look that we call beyond 2000. A Cost of $100,000.00 with the apartment ranging from $750k to over 1Million.
